Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates a clear understanding of Starr Commonwealth's mission and core values, consistently aligns actions of seeing greatness, finding courage, promoting health, fostering healing and oneness.
- Work effectively with Research and Clinical Development to ensure quality outcomes.
- Provides department and programs with best practices and targeted approaches to achieve goals and program objectives. Ensures accurate documentation, reports and program records.
- Assures compliance with insurance, billing and other process factors.
- Establishes, maintains, and enhances collaborative working relationships with local, regional, and state groups involved in the behavior health care system.
- Develop, recommend and pursue new business leads and opportunities including planning and execution of new programs connected with business opportunities. Administer a performance-based results driven plan to obtain new business.
- Monitor the development of and utilize both the organization's Electronic Health Record (EHR) and business intelligence (BI) solution that leads to improved collection of revenues for all services provided.
- Function at both a strategic and detailed task level with all projects.
- Establishes and maintains a positive work environment for staff members and builds effective teams.
- Ensure a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement that value learning and a commitment to quality.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- 5 years in Behavioral Health
- Must have an active State of Michigan certification as a Social Worker, Limited License as a Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor or other Medicaid and/or Insurance reimbursable certification in the State of Michigan
- Valid driver's license without restrictions and minimal violations over past 3 years
Job Details:
- Pay Range: $80,000 - 90,000 annually
- Job Type: Full-time, hybrid
