Job Title: Director of Behavioral Health (DBH)

Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and supervise all clinical services, including mental health programs.
• Enhance the quality of life for U.S.VETS clients through effective service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in behavioral health.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate services and improve client outcomes.
• Provide training and support to clinical staff to foster professional development.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Licensure in a relevant mental health discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in behavioral health leadership.
• Strong knowledge of mental health regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
