Salary and Benefits

• Exempt Salary: 66,000-105,000 based on experience.
• Health Insurance – Employer covers 95% of employee premium.
• Dental Insurance – Employer covers 95% of employee premium.
• Employer Pays 50% of dependent premium for medical and dental.
• Life Insurance – 1.5x annual salary (up to $50,000)
• Spouse Life Insurance is provided at $5,000.
• Dependent Life Insurance provided at $2,000.
• Long-Term Disability – Employer pays 50% of employee premium.
• Retirement Package – 401(K) with 4% match, Employer contributes 50% of gross salary.
• Up to 24 days of PTO in the first year

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
• On call coverage 1-2 months per year.
• Some evenings and weekends for events and external meetings.
• Oversight of clinical managers, clinical programs and community work.
• Assist VP of operations in clinical, administrative, and fiscal coordination of services within Fulton and McDonough County areas.
• Recruit, interview, hire and train new staff.
• Oversee the daily workflow of the department.
• Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.
• Handle Discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

Requirements

• Clear and Active License in the State of Illinois
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Director/Management role within a behavioral health agency.
• Knowledge and experience with Substance Abuse Treatment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
