Director of Branch Operations - Legacy Community Federal Credit Union

Legacy Community Federal Credit Union is looking for the right candidate to join our team as a full time Director of Branch Operations.

Legacy is committed to assisting our members in the greater Birmingham area at one of our nine branches. Additionally, we are proud to be the official credit union of the University of Alabama at Birmingham. This is a full time position, with the standard hours being Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, and Friday from 8:30 am - 6:30 pm.

In this Director of Branch Operations position, we rely on you to visit branches on a regular basis and assist branch managers in exercising administrative control over the branch daily functions including: implementation and communication of credit union programs, policies, procedures and goals. This role monitors the quality of member service, consistency of operational efficiencies, handling of assets, records, loan collateral, security procedures, and accuracy and completeness of branch work. Additionally, this person will direct and monitor branch operations to ensure they meet organizational goals and objectives. • Three to five years of similar or related experience
• A two year college degree or equivalent
• Branch manager experience preferred
