Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Warehousing Sales Specialist to join our team! As a Warehousing Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new sales leads, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our warehousing services to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, research, and cold calling
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in 3PL/Warehousing sales
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Established network of industry contacts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Compensation:
- Base salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
- Commission: 2% of gross sales with no cap
