Enhabit is seeking a Business Development Director for our Hospice services

The Director of Business Development directs the planning and implementation of the sales process to achieve revenue and admission goals. The Director of Business Development will represent the company in developing and fostering professional contacts with physicians, hospitals, senior living communities, professional associations and similar health groups and institutions to apprise them of the the availability of offered Medicare services through Enhabit Home Health & Hospice.

Responsibilities include: 

• Provide strategic, in-field support for the sales team and effectively support the company care teams
• Attainable forecasting
• Identify and penetrate market opportunities
• Monitor program execution and service provision
• Manage the tenets of the program

• Previous experience with a Medicare home health or hospice is preferred.
• Management experience is preferred.
• Related experience working with beneficiary qualifications is preferred.
• Must have a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or finance, extensive related field experience, or be a licensed professional with extensive related field experience.
• Must have demonstrated experience and understand federal, state, and local laws and regulatory guidelines governing the operations of Medicare certified home health and hospice.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
• Must possess a valid state driver license
• Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law
• Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition
• Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
