Director of Business Development - population health services - Liberty Healthcare Corporation

Liberty Healthcare Corporation is hiring for a new Director of Business Development position.

This is a sales role in which you will execute the growth strategy of Liberty Healthcare’s population health service line.

The downstream impact of your work should result in the acquisition of significant new business for the organization and contribute to continued organizational growth.

Your specific responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and developing relationships with decision makers in managed care organizations, ACOs, hospitals, public health organizations, and other healthcare organizations

• Direct sales - including lead generation

• Developing customized healthcare solutions that leverage Liberty Healthcare’s core competencies and meet customer needs

• Assisting in new program / service design

• Delivering sales presentations to individuals and groups, in-person and virtually

• Assisting in the development of budgets, proposals and presentations

• Successfully negotiating terms and executing contracts

• Conducting market analysis and identifying viable new business opportunities

In this role you will work directly with operations executives, marketing professionals, and members of Liberty Healthcare’s leadership team, including the C-Suite. You will enjoy a high level of autonomy and the ability to exclusively sell selected products and services nationally. You can expect a base salary, uncapped commission, and comprehensive benefits.

To qualify for this position, you must possess the following:

• Five or more years of consultative sales experience specifically in the healthcare industry

• Proven track record of establishing productive relationships with decision makers within managed care organizations, ACOs, hospitals, public healthcare entities or other healthcare organizations

• Successful track record of closing large and complex deals and meeting sales goals

This is a virtual position which will allow you to primarily work remotely from your home office and require you to travel nationwide.
