• Position Title: Director of Cardiac & Medical Imaging
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week.
• Hospital: Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford 
• Location: Onsite - Murfreesboro, TN. Work location is Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford - 1700 Medical Center Parkway.

In this role, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for several critical areas, including Medical Imaging, Cardiac Imaging, Cath Lab & Interventional Radiology (IR). What You Will Do:

Direct the development and implementation of policies, procedures and strategies.

• Organize operations to provide high quality, cost effective services. Model leadership and teaming excellence by providing appropriate advice and counsel to staff to improve effectiveness.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that support the delivery of services to meet all productivity plans.
• Coordinate and integrate services to meet contractual requirements. Conduct ongoing assessments, maintain quality control programs, and improve departmental operations.
• Direct staff. Manages departmental turnover while maintaining high employee and patient satisfaction.
• Identify marketing and collaborative opportunities for the department.

What You Will Need:

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

Additional Preferences:

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Certified Radiology Administrator preferred
• Masters degree preferred
• Proven leadership experience
• Strong background in healthcare operations
• Interpersonal and communication skills

Salary Description:From $106,683.20 a year
