Director of Case Management

Location: Beverly Hills, CA

Trusted Staffe is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Case Management to lead our partner's Case Management department in Beverly Hills, CA. This pivotal leadership role offers the opportunity to optimize patient care, drive revenue cycle efficiency, and foster a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight: Oversee and enhance case management and social work operations, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient utilization of resources.
• Denial Management: Lead efforts to reduce denials and improve approval rates, working closely with payers and internal stakeholders.
• Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with physicians, hospitalists, and ED staff, promoting collaboration and effective communication.
• Staff Development: Implement and oversee weekly educational programs to empower staff with knowledge and skills.
• Performance Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in length-of-stay metrics and overall patient flow.
• Team Integration: Manage the integration of social workers into the case management team, ensuring cohesive collaboration and support.
• Intermediate Care: Develop and execute strategies to address challenges and optimize care in the Intermediate Care setting.
• Utilization Review: Collaborate with corporate teams on utilization review processes and ensure adherence to standards.

Qualifications:

• Current California RN license
• BSN (minimum)
• At least 3 years of clinical case management/utilization review experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Current BLS certification
• Hospital experience
