We are seeking a dedicated Director of Case Management to work with our Central Intake team to coordinate and track Insurance information and verifications of all skilled residents..

Director of Case Management must have the following:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a nursing home or long-term care admissions and/or marketing.
- Must be familiar with medical insurance verifications and processes to include Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurances, PPO's and HMO's.
- Proficient with insurance portals such as Avality, Inovalon, UHC, and Navi.
- In-depth knowledge of the admission process and Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance, Managed Care, and other payer types
- Computer literate.
- Excellent organizational, communication and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to excel in a mulit-team oriented environment.
- Positive and enthusiastic approach to tasks.
- Reliable and self-starter.
