Director of Civil Engineering - Davron LLC

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director of Civil Engineering position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required. Master’s degree is preferred.
• Must have 8+ years of engineering experience, including leadership roles.
• Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure is required.
• Proven track record managing complex engineering projects and high-performing teams.
• Oversee a 60/40 split between management and design responsibilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and project managers to define and meet project goals.
• Provide technical expertise in design, adhering to industry standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and risks.

Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus end-of-year performance-based bonuses.
