• Independent professional licensure in the state where site is located and meets requirements to supervise master level students, at a minimum.
• At least a Masters degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related human services field from an accredited graduate program The specialty area of the degree must be consistent with the assignment for which the applicant is to be employed. Between the two regions for the Outside the Wire program.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience using evidenced-based therapies strongly preferably with the veteran population
• At least 2 years in a leadership, management, or supervisory role required • Ability to work independently and within a team at various locations
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in computer and information systems
• Professional manner and appearance
• Ability to take general direction, work independently and within a team
• Ability to work effectively with diverse group of clients, staff, and community members
• Ability to travel locally between program sites as needed as well as periodic national travel for conferences/training. Valid driver’s license required. If driving company vehicles, must meet company insurance requirements and complete a provided driver training course.
