Ability to works closely with route drivers, managers and delivery drivers and maintain a positive relationship

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience in coffee service operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial or directorial role.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.

Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth through operational efficiency.

Knowledge of industry trends, coffee products, and brewing equipment is highly desirable.

Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.
