·      Collaborate with a diverse team of architects, engineers, and construction professionals to drive project success.

·      Conduct comprehensive project assessments to accurately schedule deliverables and estimate costs.

·      Ensure strict adherence to legal requirements, building codes, and safety regulations throughout all phases of the project.

·      Negotiate contracts and work closely with legal counsel to secure necessary permits and licenses.

·      Supervise onsite activities and manage construction personnel with a focus on maintaining the highest quality standards.

 

Ideal Qualifications Include:

 

·      A bachelor’s degree in construction management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.

·      A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in construction supervision or management, with a track record of completing projects valued at over $25 million.

·      Extensive knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and relevant regulations and quality standards.

·      Proficiency in construction management software, complemented by strong organizational and project management skills.

·      The ability to maintain a strategic perspective while managing intricate project details and resolving conflicts efficiently.
