You will also be able to mold and shape everyone in the business while also molding and shaping the skyline of Columbus!Job DescriptionHandle all aspects of estimating and project management (PMs, Engineers, and Preconstruction teams)Meeting with clients during multiple phases of the project - proposals, kick off, updates, closing, and new business opportunitiesTraveling to job sites periodically to check in on statusReviewing proposals, schematics, and other project documents to assess potential setbacks or risks to the projectsClient relations will be an important part of this roleAnalyze current internal processes to see if there are more efficient routes of scheduling, budgeting, or workforce distributingUtilize project management and estimating software to review updates and changesAssisting in hiring processesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law
