Director of CPRC
Location: Home base will be determined based on the staff’s location, but must be within one of the five catchment areas listed below.
Note: This position does require travel in our CCC Catchment Area (Cape, Fredericktown, Marble Hill, Perryville, and Ste Genevieve.
Full-Time, Exempt
Pay Range: $70,000 - 75,000 - dependent upon relevant experiences, licensure, etc.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related behavioral health fields.
- Preferred: Licensed Mental Health Professional
- Experience: Extensive experience managing adult and children community-based services. Proven track record in upper-level management within behavioral health systems and direct experience managing frontline service personnel.
- Leadership: Experience directing CPRC services across multiple locations.
- Licensing: Valid Driver’s License for the state of residence, compliance with agency MVR
The short and sweet description:
CCC (Community Counseling Center) is actively searching for a Director of CPRC to lead and manage our CPRC and PSR programs. You will ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, oversee service delivery, and maintain high-quality client-centered services across multiple locations. The Director of CPRC is responsible for supervising CPRC and PSR supervisors, providing ongoing training, and ensuring budgetary and clinical requirements are met.
You’ll be working closely with key stakeholders in Psychiatry, Outpatient Services, and Disease Management while collaborating with the Quality Assurance Director to implement recommended improvements. What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Staff Management
- Recruit, hire, train, evaluate and discharge supervised positions CPRC and PSR staff.
- Supervise and direct supervisees in the performance of their job functions.
- Conduct regular individual and group supervisory sessions.
- Provide feedback plus training and hold staff accountable for performance expectations.
- Hold direct supervisees accountable for the satisfactory performance of their job functions, including issuing corrective discipline and make recommendations for termination, when warranted.
2. Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure and enforce all rules and regulations to the adherence to Medicaid, DMH, CARF, and other regulatory requirements.
- Monitor the program’s compliance with all clinical standards and policies.
- Documentation according to clinical policies and procedures.
3. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless program coordination.
- Work with the Quality Assurance Director to implement all recommendations made.
4. Program Oversight:
- Supervise CPRC Supervisors and Care Coordinators, Training Specialists, and PSR Coordinator.
- Ensure client-centered clinical standards and manage performance discipline when necessary.

2. Organizational Skills:
- Strong time management skills and the ability to keep programs running efficiently.
3. Compliance Knowledge:
- Familiarity with Medicaid, DMH, CARF, and other regulatory standards for CPRC and PSR services.
4. Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, clients, and external stakeholders.
5. Behavioral Health Expertise:
- A passion for delivering quality mental health services to the community and ensuring the success of CPRC programs.
