What You’ll Do:Brief Summary:
The Director of Creative Services reports to the Vice President of Marketing and will be responsible for providing leadership and management of the Company’s branding and corporate marketing and will lead a team of creative professionals to plan, coordinate and execute creative projects. The Director of Creatives Services will ensure the creative output is consistent, high-quality and aligned with American Integrity’s brand identity and strategy.
- Lead the artistic development of marketing campaigns.
- Produce and direct visual content for print, digital and other mediums.
- Leads the creative process and oversees the work of the team performing quality control proofing and, revising designs until acceptable results are obtained.
- Support brand positioning and strategy to elevate visibility and awareness of the Company.
- Work with internal and external constituencies to produce and execute creative materials in alignment with key objectives.
- Oversee branding efforts, including but not limited to: general marketing support, social media outlets (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and Instagram), and the company website.
- Be a subject matter expert on social media marketing and create social media plan to engage customer segments on different platforms using information posts, video, graphics and interactive tools. Solicit user-generated content to create informational posts to generate interest and discussion on our Company and the industry.
- Lead, create and execute innovative, creative concepts for marketing projects and campaigns.
- Manage and art direct every aspect of production in design, photography, video and digital.
- Stay current with the latest industry, style and creative trends, including technological advancements in digital mediums.
- Ensure compliance with law and regulations governing marketing efforts (e.g. SPAM, GDPR, privacy, terms of use, etc.).
- Take ownership of the brand, ensuring continuity and visibility of brand logos, colors, mascot, and all related items on social media and marketing collateral. Ensure all branding and written collateral is up-to-date with current facts, figures, and pictures.
- Work collaboratively with other departments (Sales, Product, Underwriting, Client Services, and Claims) to drive brand awareness in customer interactions in new and creative ways.
- Help foster brand awareness by supporting community events and causes on behalf of the organization throughout the market.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.S.) in marketing or other business discipline required.
Experience: 7-10 years’ marketing experience in comparable industries with a minimum of two years in a management position required. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance required.
Skills & Knowledge
- Highly Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word Documents.
- Proficient in all social media platforms, specifically Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels.
- Exceptional track record of developing and implementing marketing strategies that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives, providing personal leadership through example.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage often outsourced marketing activities (PR, corporate identity system, website, etc.)
- Experience in choosing, deploying, and using marketing and sales applications.
- Comfortable with digital marketing and social media techniques.
- Strong strategic planning and analysis skills in sales, marketing, and business (competitive) strategy.
Working Conditions: Normal business office environment. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for periods of time while constantly operating a computer and or other office productivity machinery such as a calculator or telephone. This position reports to our Tampa Office Monday-Friday. #LI-On-site
