About the Job
The Director of Delivery is a key leadership role for driving the growth and strategic direction of the Delivery Team. This role involves developing and executing business strategies and fostering relationships that contribute to Decypher’s overall growth and success. The Director of Delivery will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape the Decypher’s long term vision and drive sustainable growth.
- Direct supervision to Account Managers in various remote locations and regions.
- Direct supervision to Administrative Assistant assigned to Delivery.
- Drive collaboration across the organization to identify needs and develop scalable solutions.
- Prioritize objectives and implement strategies to achieve company initiatives as part of the leadership team.
- Deploy data and research to drive cross-business corporate prioritization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve mutual goals.
- Form and lead internal teams, providing training and mentorship as needed.
- Directly and indirectly manage staff with the goal of enhancing professional development and personal growth.
- Manage relationships with key clients.
Travel to customer sites as necessary for effective Customer Relationship Management

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Executive-level presentation skills and ability to handle high-level client interactions
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and negotiating skills
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Detail orientated
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- MBA or other graduate-level degree (preferred)
- Minimum of ten years’ experience leading high-performing teams
- Knowledge in recruitment, hiring, and retention practices in a Federal contract environment (preferred)
- Previous project management or business development experience a plus
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Work Location: Hybrid and/or remote
