Director of Dietary Services - Westport Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

Westport Rehabilitation is seeking a FT Director of Dietary Services for our rehabilitation and long term care facility. Under the direction of the Administrator/Dietitian, the incumbent will assist in the planning, organizing, devolping and direction of the overall Dietary Department in accordance with the current applicable Federal, State, and Local Standards, Guidelines and Regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

AAS degree in Food Service or equivalent experience

Minimum of 3 years progressive experience in a Long-Term Care facility 

Must have extensive knowledge of food management, menu planning,and dietary therapy

must have knowledge of food purchasingand inventory control
