Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Director of Digital Fundraising:
- Develop and implement digital fundraising strategies to build the donor base
- Lead a team of digital fundraising managers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and direct agency partners
- Leverage innovative digital platforms to drive fundraising success
- Incorporate donor lifecycles, acquisition, and retention strategies into the role
- Build strong relationships with donors and ensure the success of the fundraising efforts for the direct response team
Required Skills for Director of Digital Fundraising:
- 5+ years’ experience in direct response fundraising
- 5+ years’ experience in a nonprofit environment
- 3+ years of experience with Audience Strategy
- 2+ years’ experience with customer management platform like Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Prior People management experience
- Salesforce NPSP nonprofit success pack is a strong plus
