As the Director of Digital Marketing, you will play a central role in leading enterprise-level, web-centric initiatives, providing digital recommendations and oversight, with an eye on both patient growth and retention
The individual will work closely with enterprise and local leadership to set website objectives and optimize digital media performance
This role will lead a team of product managers to bring to market new ideas to optimize user engagement and task completion and improve web site performance.You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely

UX and SEODevelopment of site content, including blog posts and health-related articles, to increase site traffic through SEOOversee evolution of South Region provider lookup tool, including adoption, data integrity and functionalityLead online reviews and reputation platform implementation for South RegionLead website accessibility reviews and stays up to date on all of the latest compliance/legal/privacy requirements for websitesOversee migration of USMD and HCAT website content/site features to WellMedHealthcare.comCreate and maintain online listings platform and presence
Includes partnering with credentialing, data teams and external partnersMonitor and analyze website data, survey results, growth goals and other key performance indicators to measure effectiveness of campaigns Working in collaboration with Growth & Marketing leadership, gathering requirements used in the creation of landing pages to support business needs (events promotion, appointment scheduling, etc.)Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and achieve marketing targets that align with enterprise goals and objectivesOversight of South Region social media content strategy and performance (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram)
Ensures best practices are being used and strategy aligns with business goals and objectivesWorking with local growth teams, develop online clinician videos for use across digital assetsExplores new tools/technologies to be considered for media testingCollaborate with vendors and partners to develop and execute digital marketing campaignsBudget managementIn 2011, WellMed partnered with Optum to provide care to patients across Texas and Florida
