Director of Dinning Services - Edgehill Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

The Director of Dining Services is responsible for the complete operation of the dining services department, including planning, organzing, over seeing and managing. They will be the liason between the dining services department, adminstrtor and the other departments.

Director of Dining Services is to develop department goals and manage day to day dining services functions, while providing quality meals, snacks, supplements to residents, assesing residents' nutritional needs, developing and implementing care plans with with the interdisciplinary team.
