Job Summary: The Director of Direct Auto Lending will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of our online operational team. This role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in digital lending, a deep understanding of the auto finance market, and strong operational management skills.

Job Summary: The Director of Direct Auto Lending will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of our online operational team. This role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in digital lending, a deep understanding of the auto finance market, and strong operational management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement consumer funnel engagement optimization strategies, KPIs, and internal SLAs.
- Operational Management: Lead and manage the operational team to include hiring, performance management, and process improvement.
- Digital Platform Management: Monitor online consumer experience to ensure online funnel and outbound messaging is performing to ensure a seamless and user-friendly customer experience.
- Product Development: Lead the development of product enhancements and service levels as well as, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements.
- Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve the online lending process.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing operational team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Compliance: Ensure all online lending activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including IT, marketing, and compliance teams, to achieve business objectives.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of online lending initiatives and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on digital lending and operational management.
- Strong understanding of the auto finance market and digital lending technologies.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful online lending strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to online lending.
- Strong operational management skills with a focus on efficiency and process improvement.
