Experience/What We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader and innovator, responsible for driving spiritual growth and prayer engagement through our various platforms while serving as a vision carrier and change agent within the organization. The candidate will lead the development and execution of spiritual growth strategies, champion digital tools, and collaborate closely with content, radio, and digital teams to ensure alignment with the ministry's vision. Additionally, this team member will actively contribute to ideation sessions, innovation projects, and cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring the continued growth and success of Pillar Media's mission.
- Experienced in Christian ministry executive leadership positions.
- Proven visionary leader with a demonstrated ability to interact with and encourage staff and those within the community.
- Effective communication, people, and administrative skills; committed to the team approach.
- Strategic planner, goal-oriented; able to see the path forward and implement solutions.
- Able to handle appropriate items and tasks with sensitivity and confidentiality.
- Working knowledge of a variety of computer skills.
Responsibilities/Day-to-Day
The primary responsibilities will be the development and execution of spiritual growth strategies for the Pillar Media staff and outward to the global community through our various platforms.
- Lead and innovate strategies for spiritual growth through our various platforms, ensuring an impactful and engaging user experience.
- Act as the product champion, helping to develop and execute a spiritual growth roadmap in collaboration with content teams.
- Work closely with radio and digital teams to ensure that all spiritual messaging aligns with biblical standards and the organization's statement of faith.
- Assist in evaluating new content, ministry partners, and creators.
- As directed, lead prayer and spiritual emphasis among staff members.
- Actively participate in fundraising events, fostering relationships and helping to build spiritual emphasis. Assist with sensitive calls and prayer requests, offering compassionate and effective spiritual support.
- Attend weekly L10 Director meetings; updating scorecards, reporting headlines and metrics, and contributing to the growth and progress of the ministry.
- Promote overall organizational alignment to the company vision and goals.
