Position Summary
Were seeking a passionate leader to join our Philadelphia team as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion. In this pivotal role, youll be the architect of our DE&I strategy, continuing to shape and champion our culture of belonging.
Make Your Mark on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
In this role, youll be the architect of positive change, spearheading a comprehensive DE&I strategy that aligns perfectly with our mission and fuels our goals. As the leader of our Executive Diversity & Inclusion Board, youll collaborate closely with senior leadership to weave inclusion into the very fabric of our business, and as a partner to our Employee Resource Groups, you’ll ensure every voice is heard and valued. This role goes beyond internal transformation. Youll forge strong partnerships and outreach programs, amplifying our DE&I impact within the wider community.
Championing an Inclusive Culture
Your passion for creating a truly inclusive environment will shine as you craft impactful events and campaigns that raise awareness and ignite excitement around DE&I initiatives. By designing and delivering training programs, youll empower employees with the tools they need to understand and appreciate diverse perspectives. A keen analytical mind will be essential as you create annual Affirmative Action Plans, track progress, analyze data, and leverage insights to continually refine and strengthen our DE&I approach.
Are You the Leader We Seek?
If you possess a proven track record of developing and implementing successful DE&I programs and are looking to take your career to the next level, we’d like to hear from you. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years’ experience in DE&I, HR, or a related field with at least 3 years in a functional leadership and strategic execution capacity. Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are a must, along with an unwavering passion for fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace. A deep understanding of DE&I trends, best practices, and legal requirements will be invaluable. A bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or Business Administration is strongly preferred.

We offer a competitive salary in the range of $138,240 - $207,360 (based on experience and location) and a benefits package that goes beyond the basics. From health insurance to family leave and pet insurance, we support your well-being inside and outside of work.
