Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the electrical engineering team
Develop and implement electrical systems and designs
Oversee project management and execution
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Provide technical guidance and support to the team
Collaborate with other departments for interdisciplinary projects
Conduct research and development for innovative solutions
Prepare and manage departmental budgets
Assess and mitigate risks in electrical engineering projects
Develop and implement quality control and assurance processes
Stay updated with technological advancements and industry trends
Participate in strategic planning and decision-making
Mentor and coach team members
Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
Report to senior management and stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Proven experience in a senior electrical engineering role
Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred
Demonstrated leadership and management skills
Expertise in electrical systems and design
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Strong understanding of industry regulations and standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to effectively manage budgets and resources
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
In-depth knowledge of safety protocols and risk assessment
Experience in research and development is a plus
