Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year

We offer residency programs on a rolling basis throughout the year, so Med/Surg RNs, for example, can apply to these at any time. Even though they will likely need a residency to move into a new specialty, they are paid based of years of experience, therefore their pay would not be effected at all.

· We do our best to train and mentor our staff, so if someone resigns, the next best person rises up. This creates an internal farm system which allows people to grow their career and feel inspired. Over 93% of our leadership jobs are filled internally with our existing staff.

- Looks over 200+ FTE’s, including several managers and supervisors, and a very busy Emergency Room with an Observation Unit.
What initiatives is the ED trying to implement within the next 12 months?
- Reducing length of stay
- Improving throughput
- Implementing continued measures to enhance staff and patient safety.
What’s the ideal candidate?
- Experienced leader ideally in the Emergency Room setting
- Skilled managing a large department with 100+ FTEs, developing leadership teams, and continued building of our community partner networks for EMS teams and Behavioral Health.
- Someone who uses best practices and forward-thinking to help to manage the anticipated growth for this campus.
