Job Overview:
As the Director of Engineering, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and technologies
You will lead and manage our web development teams, overseeing frontend, backend, and infrastructure projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Management:

• Technical Strategy:

• Project Oversight:
  
  • Oversee the design, development, and delivery of high-quality web applications and simulations

• Innovation & Simulation:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on web development
  
• Proven experience managing and leading engineering teams, particularly in a web development context (frontend, backend, and infrastructure)
  
• Excellent technical skills, with proficiency in modern web technologies and frameworks
  
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies
  
• Experience with simulation technologies and methodologies is a plus
  
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams
