This role focuses on managing and leading engineering initiatives, particularly in land development and civil engineering, to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage engineering teams in the execution of land development and civil engineering projects.Develop and implement engineering strategies and best practices to enhance project efficiency and quality.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to land development and engineering.Collaborate with other departments to align engineering goals with overall company objectives.Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful completion of residential subdivision projects.Provide mentorship and guidance to engineering staff, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; PE RequiredMinimum of 8 Years of Experience in Engineering with a focus on Land Development and Civil Engineering.Proven Experience in a Leadership role, preferably as a Director or similar position.Strong Knowledge of Residential Subdivision Engineering and Development processes.Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.BenefitsSalary Range: $150,000 - $225,000MedicalVisionDental401(k)Employee BonusPTOCompany HolidaysApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.Preferred SkillsLand DevelopmentEngineeringCivil EngineeringDirectorResidential Sub Division
