Director of Engineering Essential Job Functions:

- 10+ years of direct engineering experience

- 5+ years of team leadership experience

- Expertise in Injection Molding

- Knowledge of TPM and Lean Manufacturing Principles

- Ability to thrive in a fast moving environment
