Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director of Engineering Services position include:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
• Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
• At least 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with proven leadership experience being a plus.
• Extensive knowledge in substation, transmission, and/or distribution infrastructure (expertise in all three is a plus).
• Familiarity with NESC, IEEE, and ANSI standards.
• Proficiency in engineering software like PLS-CADD, Neara, ESRI, Trimble, GIS, etc.
• Build, lead, and manage the engineering department for projects related to substation, transmission, and distribution infrastructure.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies and procedures aligned with company goals.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance efficiency.
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for multiple projects.

Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
