We are seeking qualified candidates for the Director of Enterprise Systems to join our Technology team and support MOREgroup and our brands, which include: E4H Environments for Health Architecture, Huckabee, IEG and TSK.
This leadership role focuses on the high-level administration and optimization of enterprise systems, with a particular emphasis on Deltek VantagePoint ERP. This role will lead the integration and consolidation of enterprise systems across acquisitions, manage data consistency and reliability efforts, and support critical cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise system oversight, system integration during acquisitions, and strong database management practices to support complex data-driven applications. Additionally, they will demonstrate proficiency in project management methodologies and foster alignment between systems and business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the administration, optimization, and configuration of Deltek VantagePoint to ensure alignment with business needs. Lead continuous improvements for system enhancements and user experience, while ensuring data integrity through robust management practices.
- Drive the integration and consolidation of core enterprise systems, including ERP and CRM, across acquisitions, minimizing disruption and optimizing processes. Collaborate with senior leadership to align technology strategies and reduce technical debt through effective system planning.
- Manage large-scale integration projects, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery, and coordination with IT, finance, and operations teams. Apply appropriate project methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall to maintain clear communication and accountability.
- Provide timely updates and executive reports that track progress, highlight milestones, manage risks, and ensure visibility of project status to leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain standardized documentation and integration playbooks, enabling consistent processes and knowledge transfer across business units and acquisitions. Assist in managing large technology change efforts, ensuring seamless adoption of new systems and processes.
- Manage relationships with key enterprise systems vendors to ensure services align with organizational goals and system needs. Coordinate with internal and external teams to minimize downtime during system upgrades and services.
- Help oversee database integration and optimization, ensuring data-driven applications are consistent and scalable. Work closely with teams to optimize performance, ensuring data reliability and integrity across systems.
REQUIRMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree: Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience administering and overseeing Deltek VantagePoint ERP or similar platforms.
- Proven experience leading enterprise system integrations, particularly during acquisitions or large-scale migrations, with a focus on consolidation and operational continuity.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership in IT or enterprise system management, with proven success in managing cross-functional projects and enterprise-level systems.
- Strong functional experience with SQL Server and other relational databases, ensuring data-driven applications are well-integrated with enterprise systems.
- Ability to strategically guide ERP and enterprise system improvements while balancing operational needs.
- Expertise in enterprise system consolidation and integration, with a focus on acquisitions and optimizing operational synergies.
- Strong vendor relationship management skills and experience with industry-standard project management tools.
- Excellent communication and change management skills, ensuring alignment between system capabilities and business objectives.
