The Director of Field Marketing serves as a vital link between field leaders and corporate, with a primary focus on cultivating, overseeing, and optimizing sales tools, marketing resources, and applications to bolster Associate business expansion. Collaborating closely with the Isagenix Associates, the creative Marketing Team and Field Development teams, this role drives strategic initiatives and operational tactics aimed at increasing enrollments, fostering Associate engagement, duplication and ensuring retention. Additionally, they facilitate a continuous feedback loop between the field and departments like product development, business operations, and IT, crucial for refining and managing the Associate's business journey effectively. The ideal candidate for this role, is part marketing, part field development, and a passionate collaborator.
Work Schedule: This position currently follows a hybrid work model. Employees are required to work from the office at least four days per week (Monday - Thursday), with Friday available for remote work, offering a blend of in-person collaboration and flexibility.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned):- Develop and implement a comprehensive end to end Field Marketing strategy aimed at driving enrollments , engagement, increasing unique enrollers and fostering best-in-class field satisfaction.
- Create feedback loops with key field members to ensure Isagenix is providing relevant and successful tools including but not limited to videos, scripts, social content, reports, dashboards, landing pages, communication journeys, tutorials, brochures, scripts, trainings, etc.
- Create, brief and execute on short- and long-term field marketing needs with validating business cases and performance expectations.
- Collaborate with field leaders to bring multiple ideas into a cohesive plan, gathering buy in and enthusiasm for field tools and initiatives.
- Adapt quickly to trends and needs of the field, identifying opportunities for growth and gaps in our offering, analyzing needs, creating a plan, and briefing creative teams.
- Maintain a 12 month field marketing roadmap and be able to accurately report on the performance of new and ongoing initiatives
- Collaborate in identifying and defining tasks, strategies, and gaps related to critical Associate and customer experiences. Present regular recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders for addressing key issues.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Field Development, IT, Product Marketing, and Customer Care, to spearhead improvements in the Associate Experience.
- Partner with field leadership to implement email and text journeys and training programs aligned with the Associate journey.
- Maintain expert knowledge of all aspects of the Isagenix business, encompassing field and compensation programs.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop tools to allow field associates to market products effectively.
- Foster a customer-centric approach to communicate key strategies and objectives effectively to Associate focus groups and leaders.
- Direct and supervise team providing training, mentoring, and ensuring professional development. Establish performance expectations, skill enhancement plans, and competency development initiatives for employees. Identify talent gaps and implement strategies for improvement.
- Maintain various partnerships, Business Training sites, and 3rd party tools that support field initiatives
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
- 6 years of sales and/or marketing experience.
- 3 years of experience leading high performing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and create business cases for C-Suite Executives
- Field-oriented and hyper-analytical, with a positive, entrepreneurial spirit.
- Both a strong strategic thinker, with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data/insights into strong marketing strategies, and a highly organized "doer," with a data-driven mentality and a bias towards action
- 10 years of experience in Network marketing, field marketing, affilate, performance partnership and/or, franchising or DTC related role.
- Demonstrated ability to take a project from idea to execution collaborating with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft office software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Project.
- Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented and able to coordinate/manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work well in a multi-team environment.

- Demonstrate strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate high impact initiatives.
- Technically minded and experienced in data mining and analysis.
- The office environment requires the use of standard office equipment and personal computers
- 3 years of experience working on initiatives and strategic plans involving the and/or customer journey.
- 3 years of experience managing recognition programs.
- Professional experience in network marketing or health and wellness industry.
- Experience working with executive leadership.
- Proficient with social media practices.
