About the Finance Department
The finance department plays a strategic role in the overall management of the company. This department is responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial-related activities of the company, including direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, legal, and vendor relationships.
About the Director of Finance Position
As a key member of the senior management team, the Director of Finance plays a crucial role in the overall financial management of the company. This role is intended to prepare the Director for a future promotion to Chief Financial Officer (CFO), as the current CFO is set to retire within the next five years. The Director will work closely with the CFO to gain comprehensive knowledge of the company's day-to-day financial and operational activities, including long-term budgeting, planning, legal, and real estate functions. This is a unique opportunity for professional growth, leading to a key leadership position within the organization.
Responsibilities:Director of Finance requirements are:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics
- CPA
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, using the English language
- Ability to perform advanced accounting functions and achieve results
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to set priorities, plan, and organize
- High level of accuracy and follow through
- Ability to maintain positive and professional relationships with bank, audit, and tax senior managers
- Proven record of superior managerial skills
- Self-motivated; requiring minimal supervision
- An intermediate level of knowledge and ability in the use of Microsoft Office software suite; Word, Excel, Outlook and Access

Bi-weekly / On-Demand
Schedule:
- 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM Monday - Friday
- Hours may vary depending on workload and assignment
- Some travel will be required. Evening and weekend work will occasionally be necessary.
