With a global presence and a commitment to scientific excellence, our client is seeking a strategic Interim Head of Finance to propel financial and operational success.

Be instrumental in driving financial strategy, while the organization experiences a transition to put a future dynamic leadership team in place. This role will report directly to the Group CFO in Europe.

In this role, you will:

• Plan high-level analytics to drive strategic decisions.
• Spearhead the oversight of business and financial performance.
• Craft and steward financial reports with precision.
• Lead robust financial forecasting and cash flow management for the U.S. segment.
• Collaborate across departments for budget and expenditure management.
• Ensure meticulous financial account administration, encompassing a wide range of fiscal responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• B.S. Accounting, Finance, or related areas.
• M.S./M.A./MBA / CPA preferred.
• Expertise in private equity, debt financing, and auditing.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, Sage Business Works, Sage ERP X3.
