Director of Financial Planning & Analysis

Role:

• Build the FP&A function at our firm.
• Oversee the development of financial models for budgeting and forecasting
• Analyze current financial performance against historical data and forecasts and look for opportunities to improve operations
• Prepare monthly financial and operational reports, including reports for an institutional credit facility
• Present financial data and strategies to senior management and board
• Lead the annual budgeting process
• Eventually build a team to support the FP&A function as we continue to grow
• Report to CEO or CFO (CFO role currently not filled)
• Role is in office, in Miami, FL

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, investment banking, or other financial role
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• Knowledge of GAAP
• Experience with multiple acquisitions
• Excellent Excel skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Netsuite a plus
• Experience managing reporting for credit facilities a plus
• Expertise in data analytics software such as Tableau, Qlikview, Power BI, Looker, etc. a plus
• Excellent academic track record
