Dallas, TX – Hybrid (2 Days Onsite/Week)
$160k - 200k (DOE)
One of Vaco’s legacy clients is looking to onboard a Director of Financial Reporting in preparation for an IPO later this year. We’ve placed several people on the accounting and finance team and have received great feedback on leadership and culture (very outgoing group, big on team building.)
Company offers: Team building activities/outings - monthly with managers, quarterly with entire team, training program/mentorship, big on celebrations
Looking for:
- Director-level experience with SEC reporting + technical accounting.
- CPA Required.
- Ability to build out a team and reporting function, cross train others on SEC reporting requirements/deadlines.
They have kicked off the screening process and have started interviewing potential candidates – will move fast for the right person.
