Salary Range: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Greet and assist clients, providing exceptional customer service at all times.

Administrative Support: Manage the front desk, answer phones, taking messages and transferring calls and perform various office tasks efficiently.

Office Maintenance: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming to all visitors.

Communication: Relay messages effectively to the appropriate staff members in a timely manner.

Experience: Previous experience in reception, customer service, and administrative support is REQUIRED.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage varied responsibilities effectively.

Customer Focus: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive client experiences.
