Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes, ensuring accurate comparisons of actual results with budgeted figures and historical data.
- Provide actionable insights to stakeholders by delivering timely and meaningful performance metrics, while engaging with management and regional finance teams to tackle emerging business issues.
- Manage the preparation and analysis of monthly results, quarterly rolling forecasts, and annual financial plans, compiling executive summaries for senior management and the Board.
- Analyze financial data to recommend strategies for enhancing cost efficiency and profitability on both new contracts and existing agreements.
- Identify discrepancies in financial information and initiate necessary corrective actions.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support informed decision-making at the management level.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of progressive financial experience in a multinational setting.
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Accounting or Finance; an MBA or CPA designation is preferred.
- Understanding of recurring revenue and/or job costing is a plus, but not required
- Strong analytical, research, and business acumen are essential.
- Proven skills in project management and business consulting.
- Ability to influence and inspire diverse teams across global settings.

- Strong capability in presenting complex information clearly and facilitating discussions with senior management.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
