Director of Global Revenue at KBW Financial

A large, global, hi-tech manufacturing company is seeking a Global Director of Revenue to join their team. This position will report to the Chief Accounting Officer and will lead all aspects of global revenue accounting and reporting.

The role will pay a competitive base salary, bonus and offers great company benefits. The role will sit onsite in Billerica, MA but will require frequent travel to their Pittsburg, PA office.    

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the global revenue accounting including both technical and operational revenue accounting
• Manages the monthly close process for all revenue related areas
• Oversees and reviews contracts to ensure proper rev rec compliance in accordance with US GAAP
• Cross functional business partner to all global business unites, finance, legal and Accounting groups
• Develop and maintain internal controls for proper rev rec and lead process improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance or related field, CPA a plus
• 10+ years of related revenue experience
• Strong understanding of financial processes and SOX controls environment
• Large company experience preferred
• Ability to research and understand complex revenue transactions and resolve revenue accounting issues;
