Position: Director of Healthcare Construction Management

Salary Range: $140,000 - $170,000 /year

Job Type: Full-Time

Workplace Type: Remote, with up to 25% travel

SIRIS is seeking a Director of Healthcare Construction Management to oversee and manage construction projects in the healthcare sector.

Summary/Objective:

The Director of Healthcare Construction Management is an experienced construction operations executive who has generated significant impact through the strategic and tactical direction of healthcare construction projects, business development, and client relationships. This position will direct and develop project executives and managers, business development, and marketing for the Healthcare Construction market at SIRIS. This position will report directly to the Director of Operations and will serve as a member of the SIRIS Senior Leadership team. The position accomplishes this through a respectful, constructive, and energetic style, guided by the Company’s values and mission.

• Business Acumen – Understanding of Business principles and ability to apply those principles to improve the company's profitability and development.

• Program Management – Able to manage multiple projects, contracts, and priorities of the company and clients. Able to delegate, maintain accountability, and keep a pulse on the healthcare sector.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
• 20+ years of experience in A/E, construction management, or as a general contractor.
• At least 10 years of experience in Healthcare Design and Construction. Must have private or public healthcare project experience.
• Entrepreneurial and business development mindset.
• Business connections within COAA, ASHE, and Federal and Private Healthcare organizations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or Master's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or other related degree.
• Experience working in a leadership role within a healthcare organization is looked upon favorably. Federal healthcare experience with the VA or DOD is a bonus
• AEC-related licenses and certifications (PE, AIA, CCM, etc.)
