The Director is responsible for the oversight of employee compensation programs and employee relations practices, in accordance with organizational policy and legal requirements, as well as the following:
- Development of employee recruitment programs, coordination of hiring and training practices, and assisting department managers with employee job performance matters
- Assists in H.R. policy development and is a member of the management team, participating in various committees.
- Additional clerical functions are involved, such as tracking retention/employee turnover, maintaining employee files, among other tasks
- The selected candidate must have a pleasant and professional personality with the ability to interact with a wide variety of personalities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration with two years of experience in an HR role.
