Are you ready to bring your HR skills to paradise? Margaritaville Hotel Kansas City is looking for an energetic and strategic HR leader to shape our fun, vibrant culture! As the Director of Human Resources, you'll lead initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent while creating an awesome employee experience in a laid-back, hospitality-driven environment.
What You'll Do:
- Lead HR functions like recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and HR programs.
- Develop creative strategies to bring in and retain the best talent.
- Drive employee engagement and help foster a positive, island-vibe culture.
- Ensure HR compliance with all employment laws.
- Implement performance and recognition programs that inspire and motivate.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align HR with company goals.
- Be a go-to resource for managers and employees on all things HR.
Qualifications
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of HR experience (hotel experience required).
- Strong communicator with a deep understanding of employment laws.
- Skilled in recruiting, retention, and performance management.
- HR certification (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) preferred.
