About the Job
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for managing all aspects of Talent Strategy, ideation, strategy, leadership, and partnering with internal business leaders for effective strategic staffing initiatives.
- Develops and executes on the talent vision and strategic labor framework, including leading talent management programs and strategic workforce initiatives.
Manages a team of HR professionals with a focus on attracting, engaging, developing and retaining a high performing organization. - Collaborate with business leadership team to ensure workforce strategies, organizational capability alignment, organizational and departmental design and identification and actions to close gaps.
- Responsible for identifying methods to continuously improve HRIS operations and efficiency to internal customers.
- Draws upon extensive business and HR acumen to provide advice and counsel as a strategic partner; helps leaders make optimal decisions when it comes to talent.
- Instills a strong customer focused mind-set within the team to ensure adherence to service expectations and delivery of an exceptional employee experience to employees at every level.
- Provides advice and coaching to key stakeholders and employees on any related issues within scope of service.
Develops and maintains budget within fiscal guidelines.
- Analyzes appropriate Human Resources information/data and summarizes with reports and relevant insights
Bachelors degree; MBA or other advanced degree preferred. PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP preferred.
15+ years of progressive leadership experience as an HR business partner in high volume manufacturing environments

Talent strategy experience, including compensation, total reward and recognition experience and change management.
Direct experience in crafting and executing collective bargaining strategy with emphasis on labor economics.
Leadership role requiring creation and execution of a business and/or people strategy.
