Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent to maintain a high-performing workforce.
• Manage employee relations, including performance reviews, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee employee benefits administration and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Implement and maintain effective HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role preferred
