Director of Impact Development & Engagement

The Director of Impact, Development and Engagement will effectively communicate the impact Hillcrest services have on clients and the value we bring to the community at large. The Director will utilize various media including social media platforms, written and broadcast communications to promote our impact. Director will work closely with department leaders to gather and retrieve data to emphasize and promote our impact internally and externally.

1. The Director will cultivate partnerships, community outreach opportunities, engagement, and fundraising activities.
2. The Director will provide leadership and implement strategies to promote agency impact, and the collection of data related to client outcomes, customer satisfaction, staff, client and partner testimonies.
3. The Director will promote the positive agency brand online and through various media.
4. The Director will seek grants, fund development and donor cultivation.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors/ Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as public health, social work, economics, or environmental studies.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a nonprofit or social impact organization.
3. Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective programs that achieve measurable outcomes.
4. Strong understanding of data-driven evaluation and analysis.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
6. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
7. Passion for social or environmental change and a commitment to making a positive impact.
