IN SUMMARY...
Azalea Health is seeking a Director of Implementation to oversee the successful development and execution of all client services implementation projects. The Director of Implementation will be responsible for leading a team that delivers an exceptional onboarding experience to our clients. This leader will design and implement strategies that will drive successful client usage and satisfaction.
WHAT YOU WILL DO...
- Define and implement strategies to enhance client onboarding experience and retention.
- Ensure the appropriate reporting/analytics framework is in place to provide actionable insights to drive strategies around improving retention and client satisfaction throughout client onboarding.
- Identify, define, and execute upon improvement opportunities and recommend alternative solution to process inefficiencies
- Manage key account escalations and system incidents, ensuring cross-functional engagement to resolve and drive continuous improvement
- Manage relationship with client executives and other leadership to provide key leadership and oversight to large implementations
- Partner closely with the Sales teams to identify and implement thoughtful strategies to improve sales to service handover and customer experience.
- Mentor and develop the Implementation team through 1:1's, coaching, team interaction, recruiting, hiring and new team member onboarding
- Establish, actively manage, and report to leadership key KPI's for the Implementation function
- Be accountable for onboarding adoption and retention and CSAT metrics

- Exceptional communication skills- experience engaging with executives
- Advanced communication and organizational skills with the ability to influence results at multiple organizational levels
- Prior demonstrated experience in project management
- Strong and proven ability to develop, coach and mentor team members
- SaaS experience
