Director of Infrastructure - Piper Companies

Piper Companies is looking for a Director of Infrastructure to join a rapidly growing MSP based out of San Francisco, CA area. This individual will oversee large scale network infrastructure specific projects.

 Essential Duties of the Director of Infrastructure:

• Lead and mentor a team of network engineers and technical staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
• Offer expert technical guidance and best practices tailored to the learned business goals of our clients
• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of network solutions, ensuring adherence to quality, performance, and scalability standards
• Build and manage a team that manages complex projects from initiation through delivery

Qualifications of the Director of Infrastructure:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years of experience in architecting, designing, and optimizing large scale network and security solutions
• 8+ years of experience with other Cisco solutions in areas such as data center, collaboration, wireless, IoT
• 5+ years of experience in consulting, presales, or customer-facing roles at a VAR

 Compensation for the Director of Infrastructure:

• $180,000-$200,000 (based on experience)
• Medical, Dental, 401k, PTO, paid holidays
• Hybrid work schedule (once a week)
