Director of International Accounting - Creative Financial Staffing

EXCITING Opportunity for a motivated Accountant for a local client whose corporate headquarters are here in Columbus, Ohio. This position is in their international operations department. This position requires 10 plus years of experience of international project based accounting. Experience in Latin American countries is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cash flow planning
• Financial modeling and forecasting
• Financial projections and budgeting
• Project maintenance and accounting
• Tax planning and research
• International tax issues, including transfer pricing
• General accounting
• Intercompany and Consolidation accounting

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Minimum 10 years relevant Accounting experience
• Construction industry / project costing background a plus
• International accounting and finance experience
• Project accounting experience desired
• Cash flow and financial planning experience desired
• Knowledge of taxes, both U.S. and international, desired
• Experience in Latin American countries a plus
• Must be flexible, have a positive attitude and work well in a team environment
