• The Laboratory Director is responsible for overseeing the entire laboratory operations at the hospital in addition to satellite offices and related services.

• Would be responsible for budgeting, human resources management of the laboratory, employee engagement developing and implementing policies and procedures (including CAP, CLIA etc ), strategic planning etc

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor s Degree or Master s Degree

• Certification: ASCP or AMT Certification

• Experience: 5 years of hospital based leadership experience. Previous Laboratory Manager or Director experience preferred.
